Deposit
A 20% deposit is required to secure all bookings. Early booking is essential
for all holiday periods.
Payment
The balance of payment is required 21 days before checkin date. Please note that
fees apply in the event of cancellation.
Pets
Island Beach is a settlement in a natural bushland setting. Observing the
wallabies that feed amongst the bushes is a part of the enjoyment of your
stay. Unfortunately, pets and the natural fauna of the area are not compatible
so please leave your pet with suitable care at home.

All quilts and pillows are supplied.
